Dr. Ezlyn Izharuddin graduated from University College Cork, Ireland in 2010 and worked in Ireland for a year before moving to Singapore for further medical training. She is also a member of the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) since 2014.

Dr. Ezlyn has undergone several medical postings including Geriatric Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology, Cardiology and Medical Oncology before deciding to join the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Communicable Diseases Centre and has completed the Diploma in Infectious Diseases from the Academy of Medicine Singapore.

She continued to serve the Infectious Diseases department for almost 5 years as Resident Physician and eventually Senior Resident Physician, involved with a myriad of areas largely involving conducting HIV medicine clinics, outpatient antibiotic therapy clinics, general Infectious Diseases clinics and inpatient Infectious Diseases consults.

She was also involved with a variety of Infectious Diseases research and has presented poster presentations at local and international Infectious Disease Dr conferences.

Apart from Infectious Diseases, she has special interests in women’s health and general practice. Dr. Ezlyn Izharuddin believes in a holistic approach to medicine as she hopes to contribute to improving the overall health and quality of life for her patients.

Dr Ezlyn is currently practising at DTAP @DUO Galleria.
