Confirm your comprehensive test needed and receive your test kit!

The respective doctor will give you a call back at the appointed time. After the consultation has completed, we will Email/WhatsApp you a QR Code to make payment.

Step 3

Collect your sample in the comfort and convenience of your own home and return it to us.

Further instructions for collecting your sample, arranging for pick up or drop off of your sample are found in the testing kit.

There are some clear instances where testing should be done.

1. For those who have symptoms after sexual exposure (vaginal discharge, male urination symptoms, rectal discomfort) Learn more about STD symptoms
2. Those who had been treated 2 weeks ago and need a test of clearance.

However, for those without symptoms, testing helps one to find out whether they carry any undiagnosed or dormant STDs.

Situations where asymptomatic testing is useful to include

• you’re about to begin a new relationship
• you and your partner are thinking about not using condoms
• your partner has cheated on you or has multiple partners
• you have multiple partners

If you are in a long-term relationship that is monogamous, and if both you and your partner were tested before entering into the relationship, then it is not necessary to get regular testing for STD.

However, most people in long-term relationships weren’t tested before they got together. And therefore, it is possible that one or both of you may be carrying an undiagnosed STD for years.

In this case, the safest thing to do is to get tested.

Many STDs have no symptoms or very nonspecific symptoms. The stigma around STDs has a lot prevented people from getting timely help. The only way to know is to test.

Consultation fees remain the same as our in-clinic fees:

Standard/ First Consultation

• Monday to Saturday – $39 ~ $67
• Sunday – $$56 ~ $91

Non-Standard Consultation

• Monday to Saturday – $$67 ~ $107
• Sunday – $82 ~ $131

c) Delivery Charges:

Each DTAP to home test kit cost $33 and includes delivery and pickup of the sample.

What are the Delivery Charges?

Each DTAP to Home STD Test kit is $33 and includes delivery and collection of sample.

If you require treatment of any STDs, medications for you and or your partner/s can be delivered to your home with a delivery fee of $16.10. Learn more about DTAP Delivery.

What Happens If I Damage or Misplace my DTAP to home test kit?

If you have damaged or misplaced the initial DTAP to Home STD test kit, you can order a replacement from the clinic at $33.

Please give us 2 hours to get the replacement kit to you if the request is made before 5 pm Mondays to Saturdays, Otherwise, you will receive the replacement test kit before 12 noon the following day.

When Is The Sample Collection Schedule?

Sample pickups are between 10 am -7 pm Monday to Saturday. There are no collections on Sunday and Public Holidays.

When Will My STD Testing Results Be Ready?

Results will be made known to you in 72 hours after sample pickup. Our team will contact you for further treatment options should you require.

For full vaginal swab tests or full urine STD test results, please give us an additional 5-7 working days for your results to be ready as they require time for culture and incubation during the lab testing process.
