  • Hiv testing

I am a male of 26 years. My last sexual exposure was 6years back. I have received a 4th generation antigen and antibody combo test after 6years of exposure which is non reactive. I have no symptoms of Hiv. My exposure was that i received an blowjob from a commercial sex worker. Now after 6years of exposure when I did the test I was using corticosteroid nasal spray to treat allergic rhinitis for a continuous period of 5months. Can this corticosteroid nasal spray to treat allergic rhinitis for a continuous period of 5months cause immunosuppression and reduce the HIV antibodies so that it cannot be detected by HIV antibody test and cause a false negative? I read in the internet that steroids can can cause immunosuppression and reduce the HIV antibodies so that it cannot be detected by HIV antibody test and cause a false negative. I did the tests thrice and all were negative.
