Hello Doc,

Sexual encounter: Unprotected Oral sex (No cum)

I just want some clarity on something related to HIV Symptoms. Is DANDRUFF an early sign of HIV?

Or too much overthinking or Stress and Anxiety is related?

I already tested twice for HIV after 4 weeks, and 6th weeks from exposure both turns out NONREACTIVE.

I am freaking out right now. Please help me.

Hi Chai,

Seborrheic Dermatitis (Dandruff) is common in patients with HIV infection but it is also very common in the general population.

I would not say that dandruff is a sign of early HIV infections.

If the tests that you did are 4th generation HIV tests, then I would say that it is conclusive that you do not have HIV.
