Important notes before taking Health Screening

  • Fast for 8 to 10 hours before health screening. You can have a normal dinner but do not eat anything after midnight and you have skip breakfast.
  • You can drink plain of water.
  • Take you medicines in the morning. Bring along your regular medication along for your health screening.
  • Bring along any reports you have from previous medical tests report.
  • Do not pass urine for 2 hours before your health screening
