This teleconsult service allows our current patients and new patients to connect with our doctors during clinic operating hours for non-emergency consults. After assesment and consultation, we will also deliver your medications straight to your doorstep.

The respective doctor will give you a call back at the appointed time. After the consultation has completed, we will Email/WhatsApp you a QR Code to make payment.
If you require any medication, we will get it delivered to your doorstep.
What are the fees?
a) Consultation Fees:
Similar to the in-clinic consultation, the consultation fees are as follows:
Standard/ First Consultation
- Monday to Saturday – $38.52 ~ $66.34*
- Sunday – $$55.64 ~ $90.95*
- Monday to Saturday – $$66.34 ~ $107*
- Sunday – $81.32 ~ $130.54*
*Fees are Inclusive of GST
b) Medication Charges:
As per usual in-clinic charges.
c) Delivery Charges:
An islandwide* flat delivery fee of $16.05 (inclusive of GST).

Who is eligible to use DTAP Teleconsult?
Existing patients and new patients of DTAP Clinics for non-emergency consultations.
Will medical certificates (MC) be issued?
Medical certificates can be issued at the doctors discretion.
How do I make payment?
You can make payment by scanning the QR code that will be sent to you in an email/WhatsApp.
How do I get my medication?
Your medication will be delivered to your address. To receive the medication, you will have to verify your identity by presenting your identification card. click here to find out more information on medication delivery
