DTAP Teleconsultation

We are offering DTAP Teleconsult. This teleconsult service allows our current patients and new patients to connect with our doctors during clinic operating hours for non-emergency consults. After assessment and consultation, we will also deliver your medications straight to your doorstep.

Teleconsultation is not suitable for severe or life-threatening medical conditions, and it would be best to visit the clinic or nearest hospital in person if there are urgent medical needs

Step 2

The respective doctor will give you a call back at the appointed time. After the consultation has completed, we will issue an invoice for you to make your payment via FAST bank transfer (PayNow), Favepay or Alipay.

Step 3

If you require any medication, we will get it delivered to your doorstep.

a) Consultation Fees:

• Similar to the in-clinic consultation, the consultation fees are as follows:Consultation fees:
  • Monday to Saturday – $44 ~ $70.90
  • Sunday – $87.20

Non-Standard Consultation

• Monday to Saturday – $$67 ~ $107
• Sunday – $82 ~ $131

b) Medication Charges:

As per usual in-clinic charges.

c) Delivery Charges:

An islandwide* flat delivery fee of $18.00

Who is eligible to use DTAP Teleconsult?

Existing patients and new patients of DTAP Clinics for non-emergency consultations.

Will medical certificates (MC) be issued?

Medical certificates can be issued at the doctors discretion.

How do I make payment?

After the consultation, we will issue an invoice for you to make your payment via FAST bank transfer (PayNow), Favepay or Alipay.

How do I get my medication?

Your medication will be delivered to your address. To receive the medication, you will have to verify your identity by presenting your identification card. click here to find out more information on medication delivery
